Where do we ship to?
We ship throughout New Zealand, from the top of the north island to the bottom of the south island.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
How can I track my package?
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately, we don't ship to PO Boxes - Please provide a valid street address.

Payment Options
Do you accept credit cards?
We accept major credit cards including Visa and Master Card. However, we do not accept AMEX
Do you accept bank transfers?
Yes, we do accept back transfers for orders placed. The payment details can be found on the bottom of an invoice.
Do your prices include GST?
All prices on our website are including GST where applicable.
Product
Does my product have a warranty?
We offer a 12 month warranty with products unless specified.
Can I purchase an extended warranty?
Yes, for some products there are additional extended warranty's that can be purchased
What does a product warranty cover?
Product warranty covers hardware defects and manufacturer faults. Misuse or accidental damage is not covered.
Can I make a product warranty claim?
For warranty claims, contact our support team with your proof of purchase and product details.
